Terms
Published 20 September 2026. These are Plushour's live consumer, clinic-supplier and privacy terms for the London marketplace. They describe how the product works. Plushour is not a clinic and these pages do not create a clinician–patient relationship with Plushour.
Who Plushour is
Plushour operates a London marketplace for selected aesthetic appointment capacity. The public origin is https://web-production-c4ccd.up.railway.app until a custom domain is attached.
Plushour is not a clinic, pharmacy, prescriber, CQC-registered provider or healthcare professional. It does not diagnose, prescribe, determine clinical suitability, administer treatment or guarantee results. Booking on Plushour does not create a clinician–patient relationship with Plushour.

Two contracts, not one
When you book, two relationships exist. First, you contract with Plushour to reserve the slot, collect payment in GBP, apply any eligible promotion, and pay the clinic later. Second, you contract with the named clinic for the sitting itself — consent, consultation, product, technique and whether treatment proceeds.
If the clinic declines to treat you after assessment, Plushour refunds the amount you paid for that booking under the cancellation rules below. Plushour does not second-guess the clinic’s clinical decision.
Booking and money
Prices are GBP, integer pence only. The listing shows three amounts that are snapshotted at booking: the clinic’s retail price, the consumer marketplace price, and the clinic’s guaranteed payout. Later edits to a treatment do not change a confirmed booking.
You pay Plushour at checkout. Card data is handled by Stripe. Plushour never stores raw card numbers. A first-treatment £30 offer (WELCOME30) may apply once to a verified customer on an eligible first booking with a minimum subtotal of £100. WELCOME30 is funded by Plushour. It never reduces the clinic’s snapshotted payout.
Plushour pays the clinic only after the appointment is completed (clinic completion plus your confirmation or Plushour auto-confirm) and the payout hold has elapsed. The default hold is 24 hours. Passing the appointment time alone never pays a clinic.
Attendance and completion
Check-in (QR or desk) records attendance only. It does not take a further payment and it does not release a clinic payout.
The clinic marks the sitting completed. You may confirm on your account, or Plushour may auto-confirm 24 hours after clinic completion if there is no open dispute. Completion is required before payout eligibility.
Cancellation, late cancel and no-show
You may cancel free of charge 24 hours or more before the start time. Plushour refunds what you paid for that booking and restores WELCOME30 if it was used and remains eligible.
A customer cancellation inside 24 hours is a late cancellation. Plushour may retain 50% of the marketplace price. The clinic’s snapshotted payout is reduced to match the retained commercial rule; it is not silently cut below the rule shown at booking.
A customer no-show may be charged at 100% of the marketplace price. The clinic still only becomes eligible after the completion and hold rules — a no-show does not invent attendance.
If the clinic cancels, you receive a full refund of the amount you paid and the clinic is not paid. An unused WELCOME30 is restored where the booking used it.
Chargebacks, alleged injury and refund overrides are decided by Plushour after a written record. Payout is held while a dispute is open.
Prescription-only and named injectable appointments
Prescription-only medicines are not offered for public purchase through Plushour. A lines and wrinkles consultation considers suitable options and may result in advice only. It does not guarantee a prescription or procedure.
A qualified clinician must assess suitability for injectable appointments and may refuse or change treatment. Unspecified injectable and medical aesthetics listings are not publicly bookable. Teeth whitening requires dental assessment and appropriately registered dental professionals.
For eligible appointments, Plushour collects the stated appointment price and pays the clinic after completion. The practitioner determines the product, dose, device, technique and aftercare.
Clinic supplier terms
A clinic that applies, is approved and releases inventory agrees: Plushour does not prescribe or determine suitability; the clinic does. The guaranteed payout is the amount snapshotted when the slot was booked. WELCOME30 and other consumer promotions never reduce that floor unless a separate written campaign says so.
There is no exclusivity. The founding pilot has no monthly marketplace fee. The clinic may pull unused AVAILABLE slots at any time. Public inventory stays hidden until Plushour approves the clinic and the clinic has finished Stripe Connect so payouts can be sent.
Settlement is Stripe Connect Express: Plushour charges the consumer on the platform account, then later creates a transfer of the snapshotted clinic payout to the clinic’s connected account after completion and the hold window. Destination charges are not used.
What Plushour does not promise
Plushour does not diagnose, guarantee results, rank clinics as a regulator, or present demo inventory as real social proof. A verification badge means Plushour has a record on file. It is not a CQC rating.
Demo clinics and demo drops are fiction and labelled as such. They are not real practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Nothing here takes away rights you have as a UK consumer that cannot be excluded.
