Marketplace disclosures

Published 20 September 2026. These are Plushour's live consumer, clinic-supplier and privacy terms for the London marketplace. They describe how the product works. Plushour is not a clinic and these pages do not create a clinician–patient relationship with Plushour.

In plain language

  • · Plushour sells unused appointment time. It does not sell medicine.
  • · Prices are GBP, integer pence, snapshotted at booking.
  • · Demo clinics and demo drops are fiction and labelled as such.
  • · Incrementality answers are research, not reviews or star ratings.
  • · Prescription-only medicines are not offered for public purchase. Injectable procedures require practitioner assessment.

Stripe Connect settlement

Plushour uses Stripe Connect Express. The consumer pays the platform. Plushour later transfers the snapshotted clinic payout to the clinic’s connected account after completion and the hold window. All Stripe writes use idempotency keys. Webhook event IDs are unique. Plushour does not use destination charges for this pilot.

Clinic supplier agreement

By applying and releasing inventory, the clinic agrees: Plushour does not prescribe; the clinic decides suitability; payout is the snapshotted floor after completion; WELCOME30 never reduces that floor; there is no exclusivity; the founding pilot has no monthly fee; unused AVAILABLE slots may be withdrawn; public inventory stays unpublished until approval and Connect payouts are enabled.

Not a clinic

Plushour is a marketplace for appointment capacity. It does not diagnose, prescribe, determine clinical suitability or guarantee results. Treatment decisions remain with the clinic and the patient.

Stripe Connect

Version 2026-09-20

Settlement is Stripe Connect Express. Plushour charges the consumer on the platform, then transfers the snapshotted clinic payout after completion and the hold window. Destination charges are not used for this pilot.
